I created this "Wine Cellar" using an old refrigerator and a device called a Wine Stat. I cleaned out the refrigerator, removed the door panel and built two sturdy shelves. The refrigerator plugs into the Wine Stat and the Wine Stat into the wall. A thermometer runs from the Wine Stat into the refrigerator to determine the temperature. When the temperature gets above 52 degrees, the Wine Stat turns the refrigerator on until 52 degrees is reached again. The "wine cellar" currently contains 92 bottles and I figure I can fit about 125. Check out our wine list.
